Delivery Times:

  • Coffee Beans: Your freshly roasted coffee beans will be delivered within 2-5 business days from the date of order placement, depending on your location.
  • Coffee Accessories and Other Products: Non-coffee items such as accessories and brewing equipment will be delivered within 5-10 business days from the date of order placement.

Shipping Methods:

  • Coffee beans and coffee accessories are shipped separately to maintain freshness and quality. As a result, you may receive multiple packages for one order. There are no additional shipping costs for separate shipments.

Processing Time:

  • Orders are typically processed within same day or 1 business day of receipt if the order was received after 12 AM in Eastern Standard Time (New York).

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping within the USA is $5. Orders over $35 qualify for free shipping within the USA.

Tracking Information:

  • Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email address. This allows you to monitor the progress of your delivery and estimated arrival date.
